The Providence Cotton Mill | Maiden, NC | Tennessee North Carolina Wedding Photographer
January 24th, 2026 I sent Jana, the owner and lead coordinator of Rose & Ring Events, an Instagram post The Providence Cotton Mill had posted about hosting styled shoots throughout the year. I had always wanted to shoot there but had never had chance! She immediately also wanted to work there and hopped on the phone to get in touch. Within the next day or two this styled shoot vision was born. ✨
I had no idea what I would be walking into when we arrived, I had only seen one or two images of the mood board and the vibe she had dreamt up. I was truly taken aback at how stunning it all was in real life! She had made my dreams come true in a way I didn’t even know they could! She did such an amazing job bring together vendors that understood the assignment and made the entire day work together seamlessly.
Every vendor brought their A game to this styled shoot! The hair and makeup lady stayed the entire time, through sweat and heat, to make sure the bride was absolutely perfect until the end. And she was! The cakes were detailed perfection. The rentals all blended as if they belonged there and no where else. And don’t get me started on the florals… Rainbow Roots Floral truly outdid herself! The colors were the perfect blend of summer fading into fall. Color with a touch of Autumn. Richness with a touch of light. It was an honor to photograph such a beautiful installment!
This is one shoot I will never get over and I’ll be dreaming each night that I book a wedding here in the future!
